Recipe from Progressive Dinner 26 September

A very simple recipe, cleans the pallete nicely.

Ingredients (per serving):
1/2 cup angel hair noodles (I used shiratake noodles but rice noodles would work as well)
1/4 english cucumber, grated
1/2 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Prepare noodles as instructed on the packet. For the Shiratake noodles, I dry fried in a non stick pan for about a minute.
Mix all the ingredients together and add the noodles.
Serve.

Sounds really nice, Hila.

I'm not big on the English cukes. To me they're kind of bland and tasteless. So I think I'd sub a regular cuke, salted and drained, instead.

Otherwise it's right up there on my list.
