Pears cooked in wine are a fairly well-known recipe, but I wanted to create something different, so, since I like to mix sweet and salty, I thought that wrapping them in an embrace of puff pastry and prosciutto could give them a new look - I would say too literally speaking!

I'm quite satisfied with this recipe and it wasn't even too elaborate.

I cooked the wine with honey and spices, once the pears were removed from the saucepan, I had it reduced to a delicious sauce with which I then accompanied the pears, adding it over the puff pastry.
