One of the revelations from my recent Shish Taouk with Toum cook was halloumi cheese so I fried a bit in za'atar infused olive oil and a bit of lemon.
This grillable, fryable, greek cheese is just awesome. Like a more substantial, chewier mozzarella. Plated with chives, toasted sesame seeds and a couple of peppadews. I've only begun to play with this cheese. |
