for supper we have lamb shank.
i made lamb shank in my GMG(a smoker green mountain grill )
put the shank in a mix of spices for 48 hours .
and smoked them for 5 hours .

I'm in the same boat....just about the only way my wife likes it is when I make Capetown lamb. So I only get to have it once or twice a year.

I love it, Ahron - that lamb and those vegetables look like a perfect meal to me, especially here in the frozen north right now!
