Semi soft Smoked Paprika rind Ibores.

Ibores Goat Cheese, semi cured cheese hails from the La Vera villages, in Cáceres, Extremadura, three hours southwest of the Madrid Capital.

Ibores goat cheese is also available from: www.latienda.com

The rind is prepared with Pimentón de La Vera dulce, or smoked sweet Paprika and is exported from Spain to the USA, and can be purchased from:  www.amazon.com

It pairs best with semi sweet white wines, for example, Moscatel white grape Mono Varietals or semi sweet sparkling white wines or semi sweet sparkling cider or White Vermouth.

For fans of goat cheese, this one is  a must taste test.

Enjoy,
Margi.
